Strong verbal communication, organizational, time‑management skills, professional appearance, and the physical ability to walk the lot and lift up to 75 lb are also required.
Compensation includes a $50,000 base salary plus a lucrative commission plan, offering unlimited career and earning potential. Performance‑based incentives reward consultants for driving home sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
