Complete engineering design tasks under the supervision of the engineering staff.
Actively assist in the delivery of a complete project. This may include phone or e-mail, correspondence, attending meetings and other project documents required for project completion.
Deliver high quality deliverables, ensuring compliance with industry and utility standards.
Self-checks all work performed to ensure its accuracy prior to turning it over to the supervisor or designee assigned to review the work.
Collaborate with engineers and other drafters to correct discrepancies in drawings and designs.
Provide interdepartmental support as required.

5+ yrs. of CAD experience, AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D experience in electric utility industry, performing underground high voltage transmission or distribution projects.
Able to provide innovative solutions and problem solving skills.
Computer aided design and drafting of all engineering products and deliverables.
Associate’s or technical degree in drafting, engineering, or related field of study.
Knowledge of industry standards and general design practices.
Ability to function in a team environment and culture of cooperation and collaboration
Ability to use Microsoft Office Products including Excel, Word, and Power Point.
