Serve as a senior escalation point for complex, high-risk, or at-risk projects.
Maintain visibility into backlog, forecasting accuracy, and delivery capacity.
Act as the senior project leadership presence within the regional office(s), driving accountability, collaboration, and engagement.
Oversee customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into delivery.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and SLA commitments.
Own end-to-end delivery of all projects executed by the regional office(s), from customer onboarding and intake through installation, closeout, and post-install support.
Maintain strong executive-level relationships with key and strategic regional accounts.
Oversee consistent application and continuous improvement of Pattison ID project management tools, workflows, and methodologies.
Optimize resource allocation across projects to maximize efficiency, utilization, and profitability.
Partner with the VP, Project Management to continuously evolve project management strategy, methodologies, and best practices.
Own and report on regional performance metrics, including:
Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and drive operational improvements across regional delivery
On-time delivery and supporting KPI’s
Use data to drive continuous improvement and proactive decision-making
Forecast demand and proactively plan project management capacity to meet delivery targets and customer SLAs.
Ensure compliance with company-wide processes and standard
Provide clear, actionable insights to executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to support margin protection and revenue retention.
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and positive team culture aligned with Pattison ID values.
Champion a customer-first mindset across the regional team, ensuring a consistently high-quality experience.
Forecast accuracy and backlog health
Set and execute project management priorities for the region in alignment with company-wide goals, standards, and strategic initiatives.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of project managers, team leads, and coordinators.
