PE License NYS
Strong written, oral, communication, and interpersonal skills to lead the construction inspection staff

Prior experience in the reconstruction/rehabilitation of roadways and highways, utility work, as well as installation and replacement of sewers and water mains
BSc degree in engineering from an accredited college
