Tasks

-Provide process governance and support for day-to-day operational activities including the rollout of new processes, systems and technologies within the operations team. -Manage change appropriately by understanding the impact to stakeholders, developing, delivery and assessing change activities. -Collaborate with Local and Central Teams to ensure that insights and strategic intent is incorporated into macro and micro budgeting processes. -Lead the processes that support the delivery of field work through uplift, system support and the identification of areas for improvement to ensure a standardised application of processes across the Operations Group. -Analyse operational data to establish benchmarks and metrics to measure the effectiveness of work and guide decision making and strategic planning. -Identify ‘tactical’ improvement activities that should be rolled out more broadly and provide a case to achieve this.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated ability in developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders to successfully engage and influence across the business on improvement opportunities and initiatives. -Your experience with organisational management, people management and change management with a demonstrated knowledge of business improvement process systems or strategic planning. -Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. -Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
