Description
- Oversee daily security operations and ensure 24/7 coverage and response readiness.
- Coordinate security personnel, manage shift schedules, and monitor security systems and equipment.
- Implement and manage access control systems, visitor registration, escort procedures, and conduct regular security audits.
- Lead incident response, investigate security breaches, document incidents, and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
- Supervise and train security staff, evaluate performance, and ensure proper deployment of resources.
- Identify security vulnerabilities, conduct risk assessments, and develop mitigation strategies and improvements.
- Maintain compliance with security policies, keep accurate logs and documentation, and prepare periodic reports.
- Oversee CCTV, alarm systems, and other security technologies, support new implementations, and monitor system performance.
