Clean, secure, and care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
Handle loading/unloading materials safely and correctly with a high regard for health & safety.
Work safely and effectively as part of a one/two/three-person crew installing and maintaining equipment onsite, diagnosing problems and taking appropriate action with minimal supervision.
Follow all company H&S policies, RAMS, and wear correct PPE.
Engage with clients on-site to communicate progress and offer support.
Train and support Assistants and Technicians on the job.
Lead a team on-site made up on an Assistant Field Service Technician or Field Service Technician ensuring quality work and health & safety compliance.
Safely operate and maintain company vehicles; report defects promptly.
Share feedback and ideas with supervisors for continuous improvement.
Provide feedback to managers for performance reviews and project improvements.
Take ownership of designated Field Services H&S tasks.
Complete all site works to client satisfaction.
