What you would be doing
system deployment

Coordinate with the IT Team to setup and deploy computer systems and equipment
Input and maintain hardware inventory and allocate equipment costs to their appropriate department
Handle the onboarding of new employees by creating their accounts in Office 365 and assigning the appropriate permissions based on role and department.
Work with outside vendors to coordinate repairs, installs, and upgrades for remote facilities.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and test computer systems and software.
Keep all computer systems within the organization up to date with updates and patches maintaining compliance and security standards.

IT Certification preferred but not required (A+ Certification, Linux+ certification, Microsoft certified IT Professional, Cisco certified network associate, etc.)
Ability to meet deadlines on time with minimal supervision
Relevant years of work experience and certification may substitute for degree requirement
Ability to understand and convey Company Policies and relevant industry standards
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to effectively communicate while exercising diplomacy, sound judgment and tact
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows
Preferred Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s degree in Computer systems or similar field
General office and telephone skills are required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High School Diploma with some college required
Ability to analyze and configure data for reporting purposes
Ability to deal effectively with co-workers, department supervisors and managers, and other consultants and/or vendors
Basic computer skills are required
Ability to handle all Department and Company matters with confidentiality and in a timely matter
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a technical role (i.e. Computer Repair, Systems Management, IT Support, etc)
Logistics experience preferred but not required
Relevant experience in matters related: Computer Hardware, Telecommunication, Logistics, Networking
