Reporting: Deliver precise and timely financial reports that support decision-making across the business.
Invoice Processing: Accurately process supplier invoices, ensuring adherence to tax regulations and internal policies for smooth payment cycles.
Card Management: Administer Lloyds purchasing and credit cards, from requesting new cards to posting monthly costs, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
Process Improvement: Identify and recommend enhancements to accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Journal Management: Prepare and accurately post journals, ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
Business Support: Respond promptly to ad hoc requests from accountants, Business Partners, and other stakeholders, providing clear and actionable information.
Ledger Integrity: Operate a robust statement reconciliation process to maintain complete and accurate Accounts Payable ledgers.
