  • Organize work orders and assign them to individual technicians or vendors.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute workflow processes to the entire account team.
  • Coordinate the engagement and direction of appropriate vendors and subcontractors.
  • Enhance the quality of personal work.
  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Perform annual reviews of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Work closely with maintenance team to stage materials, permits, subcontractors, tools, and other resources.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Facilitate clear communication, engage in inquiry, and verify comprehension.
  • Review predictive maintenance data for trends. Provide regular reporting to the management team and client.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
  • Proficiency in using a CMMS to dispatch and assign work order required.
  • Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
