Description

• Support OSHA compliance and assist with emergency response protocols.
• Verify onsite construction against drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Review monthly contractor progress payment documents and validate backup data.
• Coordinate schedule, safety, and quality tasks with contractors.
• Prepare RFIs, RFAs, construction plans, and progress reports.
• Manage and review construction documents for accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

Construction Engineer 건설 엔지니어 (Bilingual English/Korean, Entry Level)

We’re seeking a bilingual Construction Engineer (English/Korean) to support onsite operations, technical coordination, and documentation control. This role splits time between the field and office, partnering with contractors, designers, and client teams to keep the project moving efficiently and safely.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering fields.
• Bilingual in English and Korean.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Prior construction experience preferred.
