The Veterans Administration Support Representative processes invoices and internal purchase orders, coordinates installation appointments, and handles inquiries from VA purchasing agents, installers, and customers. • Process installer invoices using Syspro.
• Process internal purchase orders through Salesforce.
• Follow up on pending installation appointments with installers.
• Confirm installation completion with customers.
• Respond to phone or email inquiries from VA purchasing agents, installers, customers, and internal sales team.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects.
• Apply customer service and technical support principles, including needs assessment and satisfaction evaluation.

Requirements

Successful candidates will have prior customer service or administrative experience and be familiar with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (Syspro) systems. Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a self‑starting attitude, are essential for thriving in this fast‑paced environment.
