Organizing and managing a variety of CAD files, ensuring that drawings and models are accessible to other team members.
Utilizing CAD software to create and prepare technical drawings for our bridge, roadway and aviation projects that best represent project requirements from concept to detailed design to record.
Modifying and revising existing drawings based on feedback from engineers, project managers or other team members.
Preparing and exporting drawings and models in various formats for project submissions.
Working closely with colleagues to understand and ensure compliance of drafting standards.

Committed team player and the ability to work independently.
Registered, or eligible or registration with ASET.
Experience with Revit, Sketchup or other 3D modelling software is an asset.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
8+ years of experience in bridge design and drafting (steel, concrete, timber structures).
Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
A diploma in civil engineering, or engineering design and drafting, from an accredited technical institution.
Experience with Alberta Transportation Engineering drafting guidelines for highway and bridge projects is an asset
