What you would be doing

- Responsible for your assigned area, staff and equipment within a very busy food production environment (Approx 3 Line Leader and 10/15 Operators)
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and house keeping
- Driving and achieving daily production plans
- Taking responsibility for daily production issues in order to ensure the highest quality at the lowest cost
