Distribute and track electronic and physical project deliverables and controlled documents.
Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate document flow.
Assist with the development and implementation of document flow procedures and policies.
Maintain the document management repository and ensure version control.
Perform periodic review of contract/project files for compliance.
Support multi-project environments and manage urgent deliverables effectively.
Implement metadata standards and audit trails.

Advanced proficiency in EDMS tools (Aconex, ProCore, Primavera Unifier).
Agile working
Minimum 5+ years in document control for large-scale construction/design-build projects.
Experience supporting external customers and cross-functional teams.
Understand and recognize different types of design and construction documents; organize, scan, categorize, meta-tag, and upload such documents into EDMS.
Ability to perform routine quality assurance and quality control audits of document control operations.
Associate’s degree in information technology, engineering, construction management, or business administration; or 5 years of experience in electronic document control systems is required
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, construction management, or business administration; or 8 years of experience in electronic document control systems.
Specialty certification in document management or information governance.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience in capital project/program environments with knowledge of design and construction documentation.
Experience with international projects and cross-cultural collaboration.
