Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), controls, and automation.
Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required. Travel between sites will be a requirement of the role.
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in facilities or industrial maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation.
Ability to reach overhead, kneel, squat, climb steps/ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Proficiency using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
2+ years of experience performing HVAC maintenance and repair in commercial, industrial, or facilities environments.
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Experience with Fire Life Safety (FLS) systems and regulatory compliance.
Experience with HVAC and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS).
Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying temperatures.
Involves movement between departments, floors, and facilities, averaging 6 to 12 miles per day.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently on complex systems.
Trade or technical school certification in HVAC or Mechanical Systems.
Must be able to move between departments and facilities throughout the workday.
Leadership in Practice: Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and teamwork while informally guiding and mentoring lower-level technicians.
Ability to perform tasks wearing required PPE, which may include safety glasses, gloves, and composite toe shoes.
