Tasks

-Promote community service involvement -Organized projects and events to support our communities -Lead design concepts for various project types -Lead brainstorming sessions and internal competitions -Effectively supervise and mentor staff -Generate new design ideas on the spot and present them to the client -Manage the design process and design team -Lead charrettes and generate multiple comprehensive design ideas for clients and design team -Build a relationship with a client and lead the client through difficult decisions

What You Bring

-Demonstrate the capability of being a “blank sheet” designer -12+ years of relevant design experience -Professional registration -Demonstrate knowledge of structural systems, spatial requirements, basic MEP issues, natural light, poetry of elements and detailing and relative construction costs -College graduate with relevant, NAAB accredited degree
