Tasks

-Monitoring the progression of the Miller Strategic portfolio through the system -Sourcing and securing new strategic opportunities within the Yorkshire region -Maintaining and nurturing a strong agent contact base -Project Management of new opportunities and keeping the landowners informed of progress to maintain relationships

Requirements

• driving license

• strategic planning

What You Bring

-A good understanding of the legal processes including: option agreements, promotional agreements, easements etc -Full driving license -Computer literate and excellent communication skills -Commercially focussed and have a broad range of experience of planning and structuring strategic land opportunities.
