  • Ensure that all deliverables comply with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications, and implement quality assurance procedures throughout the design process.
  • Review shop drawings and other contractor submittals for compliance with construction documents.
  • Perform field surveys for condition assessments, drawing developments, site reviews and recorded drawings.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet functional requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technologists and CAD designers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Lead and manage the design and drafting activities for water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, and storage facilities.
  • Utilize Civil3D, Revit, and MicroStation for drafting, modeling, and generating detailed technical drawings and 3D models for water and wastewater projects.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the design and drafting of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent ability to review and assess designs for accuracy and consistency.
  • Associate’s degree or diploma in Civil or Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficient in using AutoCAD, Civil3D, Revit, and MicroStation for creating detailed designs, layouts, and 3D models of water and wastewater facilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
