National Design Manager

Description

• Mentor and inspire designers at all levels, championing a culture of creativity and collaboration
• Lead design direction across all studios nationally, ensuring creative quality and consistency
• Collaborate with Directors to align design strategy with broader business goals
• Represent the design vision in client presentations and industry events
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to develop compelling design narratives
• Oversee conceptual development and guide teams through design phases

Requirements

• Comfortable working at both strategic and conceptual levels
• 10+ years' experience in interior architecture or interior design, with a strong portfolio of commercial projects
• Confident presenter and storyteller with strong communication skills
• Proven leadership in creative direction and studio mentorship
