Work closely with overseas suppliers and the supply chain team to clarify prints, substitute materials, and negotiate with suppliers.
Collaborate with third-party testers to perform testing, write scope statements, and validate results.
Develop and complete tolerance specifications, coating tests, and materials specifications and selection.
Conduct racking tests to validate performance and implement corrective actions if necessary, focusing on DFMEA/PFMEA aspects.
Research and propose lower cost, more reliable methods for customers, often working with third-party suppliers.
Complete load testing, cycle testing, and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs).
