  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail customers
  • Deliver engaging product and marketing training to retail teams
  • Provide exceptional customer support; resolve service issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales and business development strategies
  • Conduct frequent virtual meetings with retail leadership and sales staff. Occasional in-person visits required.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing and new customers within the assigned territory
  • Collaborate with internal teams on major proposals and strategic initiatives
  • Leverage virtual methods of communication (videoconferencing, email, and phone) to engage with retailers
  • Provide weekly feedback to Infinity leadership on market conditions, competitive landscape, customer conditions, and product feedback
  • Engage in on-going market analysis by monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Report on territory sales results and progress towards goals on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly, annually).
  • Act as a business consultant, providing regular business summaries and recommendations to drive sales growth and measure performance.

  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Self-directed and self-motivated
  • Solution-driven with a proven ability of timely and accurately resolving problems and developing creative solutions
  • Experience in in-home sales or as a manufacturer’s rep (SFI model preferred)
  • Knowledge of window products, installation, and service
  • Willingness to travel 10% of the time within the assigned territory
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze market conditions, develop growth plans, and provide recommendations to build Infinity partner business
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business-related field
