  • Reports deficiencies in a timely and effective manner to prevent additional repairs
  • Accurately completes all paperwork directly related to service orders and projects
  • Provides customer service and represents Evergreen Fire and Security in a professional manner
  • Expedites and ensures accuracy with all service, testing, inspection correspondence, work orders, and other associated paperwork
  • Provides customer training as required
  • NICET II - Inspection and Testing of Water-Based Systems
  • Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations as applicable to service, installation, and maintenance of all systems including OSHA safety standards
  • Schedules appointments, including service work orders, to ensure customers’ needs are met, and the program goals are appropriately satisfied
  • Carries out administrative duties as needed to perform projects to completion
  • Installs, repairs, tests, and handles the maintenance of projects as assigned
  • Serves as first point of contact with internal and external customers as it relates to sprinklers, extinguishers, back-flows, emergency lighting, fire alarm service calls, and scheduling with applicable authorities
  • Reviews bids for quality control purposes and recommends requirements to management
  • Trains customers on the usage of all applicable products for installation and/or upgrades
  • Performs on-call duties
