What you would be doing

Oversees contract administration throughout all projects.
Takes full responsibility for decisions and actions.
Work closely with the Project Leaders to ensure projects run as smoothly as possible.
Deal with high level client issues or concerns across all projects.
Assists and encourages others.
Manage high level internal/external conflict and disputes.
Approve and monitor studio protocol ensuring project and company demands are considered.
Responsible for a project’s delivery and success.
Input on HR including recruitment, annual reviews, and personal development plans.
Drive and ensure design integrity and excellence is maintained and companywide objectives are met.
Manages project profitability and efficiency.
Attend New Business meetings and engages potential clients.
Represent 1508 in the wider industry and contributes to business development and companywide aspirations.
Ensure regular communication with the client on all projects.
Manage resources on project in an efficient manner.
Build relationships with all key stakeholders.
Talk through ideas and thoughts with clients in initial meetings.
Monitor project profitability and efficiency.
Manage multiple Client accounts and multidisciplinary teams (Architecture, Interior Design and FF&E).
Oversees high level project management on 2 to 5 projects.
Ensure project programmes, invoicing and deliverables are maintained.
Input on projects fees, deliverables, and programme.
Responsible for the programme, invoicing, and deliverables on all projects.
