Manage the full lifecycle of field services engineering projects and laboratory operations
Lead a team of CMT engineers, project managers, and technicians

ECS Limited is seeking an experienced leader to manage our construction materials testing group in our Ridgeland office. As the Construction Materials Department Manager, you will oversee Construction Materials Testing (CMT) operations, field and lab technicians, project deliverables, quality control, and contribute to business growth.

The ideal candidate has 6‑8+ years of engineering experience in laboratory testing, construction observation, field quality assurance, site grading, and supervision of construction materials testing. They possess strong communication, leadership, project management skills, technical knowledge of testing procedures and specifications, and experience with budgets, forecasts, and financial management. A Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET‑accredited institution is required, with a Master’s degree preferred.
