Warehouse Manager

Description

The Warehouse Associate is a W2 hourly role responsible for leading warehouse human‑resource functions, meeting operational standards, maintaining accurate shipping documentation, and coordinating inventory movements with the production team.

• Lead hiring, orientation, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, discipline, and performance appraisal of warehouse staff
• Contribute warehouse data to strategic plans, implement production, productivity, quality, and customer‑service standards, resolve problems, and identify system improvements
• Maintain shipping documentation, manifests, receipts, and enter data into reports
• Schedule material movements and coordinate inventory transfers with the Production team

Requirements

Candidates must hold a high‑school diploma or GED, have 3‑5 years of warehouse experience, 1‑2 years of supervisory experience, and possess forklift certification or the ability to complete required training.

• 3‑5 years of warehouse experience
• 1‑2 years of supervisory/management experience in a warehouse
• Forklift certification or ability to complete forklift training and operate machinery safely
