The Market Manager for Railway and Moveable Bridge products will join the Specialties Business Unit and report to the Specialties Commercial Operations Director. The role is responsible for the North American market, leading key‑account relationships, defining pricing strategy, developing new products, and coordinating production with manufacturing sites. It supervises two Product Specialist reports and works closely with the external sales team, agents, internal cross‑functional teams and strategic partners.
- Responsible for all business activities related to the Railway and Moveable Bridge market across North America to ensure success and growth.
- Interface with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Credit, Finance and Engineering to meet customer and project needs.
- Lead product development activities with support from R&D.
- Review and interpret customer specifications, applications and terms, driving the product specification process with engineering firms and contractors.
- Define and maintain pricing strategy based on cost structures, capacity and market dynamics.
- Provide sales and technical leadership on Railway and Moveable Bridge products to end users, distributors and engineers.
- Participate in regional and national shows and conferences, representing Prysmian’s interests and capabilities.
- Compile and report KPIs and forecasting figures.
- Travel up to 25 % of the time across the US and Canada for plans, tradeshows and customer visits.

- Hold at least a baccalaureate degree, preferably in Business or Engineering.
- Experience in product management, sales, customer service or account management.
- Self‑starter with ability to work independently.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal skills and commercial acumen.
- Strong presentation skills working with customers and account teams.
- Prior managerial experience overseeing a team.
- Ability to prioritize, meet schedules and determine optimal approaches in varying environments.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as HFA or SAP is a plus.
