The Leasing Consultant implements the leasing and marketing program, promotes a positive image of the apartment community, and assists management with resident programs and retention. Daily duties include touring the community, processing lease applications, preparing leases, planning resident events, collecting rental payments, conducting campaign research, reporting, and maintaining a satisfactory closing ratio.
Ideal candidates have strong customer service or sales experience, a valid driver’s license, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and at least a high school diploma or equivalent. A can‑do attitude, attention to detail, creativity, and tax‑credit experience are also valued.
