- Assist in reviewing ongoing projects, analyzing their income and costs.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to identify discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, reports, and summaries to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy in recording transactions across various systems
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to create and analyze financial reports.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle and talk or hear.
- Enter data accurately and maintain records.
- Utilize spreadsheets and proprietary software for bookkeeping tasks.
- Provide necessary supporting information to the Project Operations Accountant.
- Document day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit card expenses, and other general ledger entries.
- Perform partial checks of the posting process.
- Assist in reconciling sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k, and bank accounts at the end of each month.

- Data Entry Skills: Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Familiarity with Job Costing: Having knowledge of job costing practices is advantageous.
- Organization Skills: Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with spreadsheets, comfortable navigating different computer programs and continuously eager to learn more.
- Bookkeeping Experience: 0-2 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
- Comfortably navigate and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and other tools relevant to business operations.
