We are hiring for our Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, and Eau Claire offices. The ideal candidate brings expertise in bridge, retaining wall, and box culvert design and will contribute across our municipal, transportation, and site development groups.
- Hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering with 10+ years of structural engineering experience.
- Possess or be able to obtain a Wisconsin Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Apply knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and permitting.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit solid organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Work self‑disciplined, motivated, and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States.
- Travel out‑of‑town overnight as needed for professional development or projects.
