Assist with setup, configuration, installation, and maintenance of devices and peripherals;

Support the installation of software updates, patches, and new releases;

Help maintain and organize an accurate inventory of IT resources such as equipment, documentation, and support records;
Work collaboratively with technical staff to coordinate service requests and assist in resolving issues;
