Develop and maintain multiple action plans or projects simultaneously utilizing project management skills and working to deliver projects on time and within cost
Serve as the liaison and communication conduit between Reps and Zurn Elkay’s Marketing teams
Develop sales and marketing promotional strategies that achieve a measurable increase in brand awareness and incremental sales with key customer accounts
Lead the strategy and management for key trade shows and internal events reflective of Zurn Elkay’s sales and marketing goals that create a consistent and positive experience
Provide directional leadership on managing exhibit vendors, executing trade show plans, and coordinating the travel, transportation, logistics, and other key elements of each event as needed
Develop channel-specific training and communication plan for Zurn Elkay’s sales rep agencies and channel partners to optimize customer engagement with stocking and merchandising conversion opportunities
Work closely with Marketing team to support ongoing priorities, including internal communication process, product presentations, trade shows, research, and competitive intelligence
Create and execute strategic marketing plans for Trade Shows to drive channel engagement and product awareness in alignment with company growth goals
Deliver Sales Qualified Leads via in-person engagement at Trade Shows & Events
Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
Oversee the management of the Zurn Elkay Gear online store, overseeing all branded clothing and promotional items for the company, including our merchandising vendor relationship
Oversee the development, management, and distribution of Rep communications and sales enablement tools
Develop and manage the strategic go-to-market channel and communication plans in support of product launches to ensure successful commercialization
Increase the visibility of our products through the development of visual merchandising, marketing collateral, and sales support tools including event merchandising, procurement & management of vendors
Travel an estimated 15-25% to channel partner locations, trade shows and events

5+ years of trade show exhibit experience with proven track record of improving ROI in regard to increased number of leads, qualified leads, and sales funnel contribution
Ability to perform financial analysis to drive maximum ROI of channel marketing promotions and events
Ability to effectively organize work, prioritize and manage time effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and ever-changing tasks
Ability to communicate effectively by developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
