  • Producing site logistics, scaffold schedules, temporary power & water requirements, temporary work schedules
  • Identification of programme float and reporting on its status to the Senior Planners / Project Managers
  • Consider alternative methods of delivery and accurately assess potential sequence changes to the critical path
  • Reporting to senior planning team members & project leads within the region managing fully integrated programmes that incorporate all disciplines (i.e. design, commercial, construction).
  • Monitoring of tender event schedule (TES) / procurement schedule

  • Understanding of programme from PCSA programme through to construction.
  • Operational experience including experience of planning projects within the construction industry.
  • An OND/HND in a relevant subject is desirable, as is Professional membership of one or more of the following: RICS/CIOB/RIBA/ICE/CIBSE
  • Basic understanding in the use of planning techniques and the required planning toolsets – Asta Powerproject
  • Awareness of various forms of tender documents, contract documents and specifications including JCT, NEC or bespoke forms of Construction Contracts.
