The Condition Monitoring Site Performance Manager will work within the Fleet Monitoring Center of the Customer Solutions Core Regions Division. This customer- and dealer-facing role focuses on hands‑on support for telematics, ensuring connectivity meets the requirements of Condition Monitoring services.
Key duties include conducting fleet inspections to pinpoint telematics enhancements, performing hardware and software upgrades, consulting on machine health and safety applications, and gathering requirements to expand monitoring capabilities. The manager also influences technology tool development, collaborates with internal teams on future solutions, owns customer issue resolution, documents field observations, and manages relationships to guide equipment management strategies.
The position requires prior experience with Product Link hardware installations, configuration file management, and familiarity with systems such as VisionLink, VIMS, S•O•S Services, and SEA Activation. Desired competencies include strong customer focus, relationship management, technical and service excellence, consulting, problem‑solving, and field support skills.
The role is based primarily in Peoria, IL, with additional locations in Cary, NC and Dallas, TX and possible remote work. Travel up to 75% domestic is required.
