Receptionists are charged with a variety of administrative support functions such as answering the phone, greeting customers, data entry, collating of customer files and making sure the reception area is tidy and welcoming
Coordinate meeting activity including invitations, agendas, taking and distributing minutes
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required to ensure consistency and efficiency of information provided
Maintain and manage the diaries, appointments and travel arrangements of the Regional Manager
Provide timely and accurate assistance to all Metricon customers, potential customers and staff
Office Administration and general duties such as incoming and outgoing mail, distribution of documentation, maintaining of staff room, meeting rooms and bathrooms; and
Establish and maintain document management processes to ensure confidentiality of information, files and documents
Coordination of Business Unit Activities and Events
Provide administrative support to the Regional Manager (file notes, emails, telephone calls, reports, ordering of supply items etc.)
Maintain point of sale stocks including brochures, business cards and document sales enquiry leads (phone/walk in) and distribute to Sales Manager.
Work with and report to a Manager that has been at Metricon for 20+ years
