As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician you will support the Operations Maintenance Team by repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building, and by installing, maintaining and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment.
- Promote a safe work environment by following all safety procedures
- Perform preventative maintenance and document routines
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on material handling equipment (belts, motors, sensors, relays, etc.)
- Create, assign, and close work orders, tracking labor hours, parts, and equipment maintenance
- Maintain department inventory and track usage
- Mentor junior technicians and foster team development
- Communicate positively across the Operations facility
- Perform tasks in a warehouse with fluctuating temperatures and walk 6–12 miles daily

The role requires physical ability to work overhead, kneel, squat, climb ladders, use aerial lifts and regularly lift up to 50 lb, while wearing appropriate PPE. You will move between departments and properties, averaging 6–12 miles per day, and spend 1–2 hours daily using a computer in a warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years repairing material handling or automated conveyor systems and conducting predictive/preventative maintenance
- At least 1 year of blueprint and electrical schematic reading and knowledge of electrical/electronic principles
- Experience with a CMMS and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Flexibility to work varied schedules/shifts
- Associate’s degree or higher in mechanical or electrical fields (preferred)
- Knowledge of MHE safety standards and OEM guidelines (preferred)
- Experience with robotic operation and maintenance (preferred)
- Ability to troubleshoot basic I/O functions (preferred)
- Ability to reach overhead, kneel, squat, climb ladders, use aerial lift, and lift up to 50 lb
- Wear required PPE such as hard hat, face shield, and composite toe shoes
