-Collaborate with teammates to share insights, celebrate wins, and grow together -Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates across high-growth industries including Engineering, Life Sciences, Technology, Construction, and Energy -Prospect and develop new business partnerships while strengthening existing ones -Own your market — identifying hiring needs, pitching solutions, and matching top talent to key opportunities -Manage the entire recruitment process from outreach and interviews to offer negotiation and placement
