We are seeking a Water Technical Leader for our Water Business Line to support planning, design, and construction of water treatment and distribution projects across the Northeast US, including sites in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and New Jersey. The role requires extensive experience in water supply, treatment, pumping stations, storage, and transmission, as well as the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering and a PE license with 8+ years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience in municipal water planning, design, construction, and operation.
Preferred: Master’s degree and 10+ years of extensive project experience in water planning and design.
Strong communication skills for client‑facing interactions and coordination with sub‑consultants, regulators, and the public.
Knowledge of water design codes, standards, and regulations with a commitment to safe project execution.
Proven independent decision‑making, strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
Self‑starter with initiative and technical writing expertise.

Benefits

The position offers a hybrid work model in Chelmsford, MA, with a compensation range of $130,000‑$170,000 based on location and qualifications, and does not include relocation assistance or sponsorship for US work authorization.
