- Prepare end‑to‑end financial statements for legal entities.
- Execute monthly, quarterly, hard‑close and year‑end closings accurately and on time.
- Maintain and configure financial reporting and general ledger structures for IFRS/IndAS and statutory reporting.
- Support statutory and tax audits, filings and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with RAC analysts, BU Accounting Managers and GBS on accounting issues, transaction processing and performance.
- Assist BU Accounting Manager with ad‑hoc BU activities and specialist coordination.
- Consolidate legal entity statements and ensure local statutory reporting.
- Advise on complex, judgment‑based accounting matters such as non‑rule‑based accruals.
- Monitor compliance with IFRS/IndAS policies and treatments.
- Review profit & loss and balance sheet in ERP/HFM during month‑end cycles.
- Complete A‑forms and drive standardisation of balance‑sheet reconciliation.
- Serve as operational link for GBS, escalating or advising on transactions.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
- Provide input for tax and regulatory requirements.

- 5–7 years of accounting and reporting experience, preferably in a listed Indian entity and shared services environment.
- Degree in Finance or Accounting; CA Final or CA Intermediate is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/IndAS, financial accounting processes and SAP/MFGPRO.
- Understanding of direct/indirect tax, GST, tax filings and assessments.
- Familiarity with consolidation systems such as HFM.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and analytical problem‑solving ability.
- Results‑oriented with focus on service delivery and ability to work autonomously.
