The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading the design process across multiple high-profile projects, ensuring architectural integrity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the client’s vision. Provide technical oversight during site execution to ensure design fidelity and quality control.
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, consultants, and interior designers to ensure cohesive project delivery.
Support proposal development and contribute to business development efforts when required.
Oversee the preparation of conceptual designs, schematic layouts, and detailed construction documentation.
Guide and mentor junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Direct and manage the design development process for high-end architectural projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Participate in design reviews, client presentations, and key decision-making meetings with stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, local authority requirements, and international codes and standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including 4+ years in a senior or lead role.
Proven experience in managing and delivering large-scale, high-end projects from concept to completion.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; expertise in rendering tools such as 3ds Max, Lumion, or Enscape is preferred.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
A well-curated portfolio showcasing design capability, technical documentation, and project management experience.
In-depth understanding of local UAE building codes, authority approval processes, and regional market trends.
