- Lead the month-end close process, including preparation of journal entries, and adjustments.
- Maintain SOX-compliant financial documentation and ensure accuracy across all reporting.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Manage capital asset accounting, including additions, transfers, and disposals.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with supporting schedules.
- Supervise accounting staff and oversee daily operations of accounts payable, purchase card systems, expense reporting, accounts receivable, and inventory transactions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and procedures.
- Develop and coach the accounting staff for growth.
- Ensure proper coding and classification of revenues and expenditures.
- Oversee reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
- Deliver responsive service to internal and external stakeholders by addressing inquiries and ensuring timely resolution.

- 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Proficient in financial analysis, data interpretation, and problem-solving.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with OneStream is a plus.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate accounting principles.
- Capable of defining problems, collecting data, and drawing valid conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
