Description

• Test Strategy & Planning o Define and implement comprehensive test strategies aligned with project goals. o Prepare detailed test plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Automation & Tools o Advocate and implement automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, UFT). o Ensure integration of automated scripts into CI/CD pipelines.
• Team Leadership o Manage and mentor a team of testers, ensuring optimal resource allocation. o Conduct capacity planning and assign tasks based on complexity and priority.
• Stakeholder Management o Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure quality standards. o Communicate progress, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.
• Test Execution & Reporting o Oversee functional, regression, and automation testing activities. o Ensure timely execution of test cases and maintain real-time status dashboards. o Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive defect management processes.
• Continuous Improvement o Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements. o Stay updated with emerging testing tools and methodologies. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications

Requirements

• Experience: 6–12 years in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• ISTQB or equivalent certification.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. ________________________________________ Good to Have
• Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA).
