Senior Hire Desk Manager

As the Senior Hire Desk Manager, you will spearhead our hire desk operations, focusing on enhancing customer experience and driving business growth. Your leadership will be pivotal in motivating and developing our sales team, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer service processes and enhance client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancement and innovation.
• Lead and inspire a hire desk sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and support business development initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving efficiency and excellence in service delivery.

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.

• Proven experience in a managerial role within sales or customer service, ideally in the Plant Hire or related industry.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 basic + bonus + pension
