Team members will be responsible for year‑round maintenance of Ontario Provincial Highways, including winter snow removal and seasonal upkeep, using snowplow trucks, wheel loaders and other heavy equipment. Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions and includes occasional labour‑er duties such as pothole and guardrail repairs, bridge and signage cleaning, and hazard remediation.
Candidates must hold a valid AZ or DZ driver’s licence with an air endorsement, provide a three‑year commercial driver abstract, and be able to perform physically demanding tasks such as regularly lifting 50 lb and working in various postures. Prior experience operating a snowplow truck or wheel loader is considered a strong asset.
