- Develop and execute CQV documentation.
- Conduct FAT/SAT for upstream bioreactors, harvest vessels and downstream chromatography and UF/DF skids.
- Perform installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (OQ), performance qualification (PQ) and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to achieve timely mechanical completion and turnover.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, data integrity and regulatory requirements.

- Hold an engineering degree.
- Bring 3+ years of CQV experience in biopharma or pharmaceutical projects.
- Possess hands‑on CQV experience in upstream (bioreactors, media preparation), downstream (chromatography, filtration), utilities (WFI, clean steam, HVAC) or CIP systems.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of GMP regulations and validation principles.
- Exhibit excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Prefer experience in greenfield or large‑scale CQV projects.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
- Strong technical writing and communication abilities.
