  • Develop and present proposals for preventive maintenance programs, system upgrades, and energy optimization projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring all HVAC service and maintenance needs are met.
  • Achieve assigned sales and renewal targets.
  • Coordinate with service and project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of work.
  • Monitor service contracts to ensure compliance with scope, budget, and customer expectations.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships and maintain regular communication with facility and property managers.
  • Work collaboratively with the operations and estimating teams to develop accurate quotes and proposals.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns or service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage account profitability by monitoring margins, costs, and contract renewals.
  • Conduct site visits to review contract performance, equipment condition, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.

  • Previous experience as an Refrigeration, HVAC, or BAS Technician a definite asset.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC service sales, account management, or a related mechanical field.
  • Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining customer relationships in a technical or service environment.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, maintenance practices, and building operations.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities.
