Be able to thrive in dynamic work environments, across multiple projects at a time.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in social science, social research, humanities, social outcomes, community relations and/or development.
Experience delivering advisory/technical studies and reports.
Be able to build collaborative relationships, influence and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working on Australian Defence projects or ability to work on Australian Defence Projects preferred.
Minimum 5-10 years experience ideally working with engineering-based industries.
Experience working with government procurement processes and/or First Nations Communities and Organisations is highly valued.
