Senior Designer and Project Lead

• May oversee all design and drawings, develops space plans, site surveys and related documentation. Demonstrates advanced proficiency in assembly of Construction
• 7+ years dependent on experience, skillset, and performance
• Working knowledge of building code
• Demonstrates advanced technical intelligence in practicing area of architecture and/or interior design
• Intermediate level rendering software proficiency (Enscape, Lumion, or other)
• Demonstrates ability to delivery projects on budget and schedule
• Advanced Revit proficiency
• Advanced knowledge of construction document
• Demonstrates superior attention to detail, organizational skills, and effectively manages time to execute upon assigned tasks within set deadlines (3+ projects at any given time
• Proficient in Bluebeam, Plangrid, and Procore
• Intermediate proficiency in Office 365 products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.
• Demonstrates clear understanding of all project phases and sequencing
• Requires no supervision or guidance from leadership across all project phase
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficienc
• Communicates clearly with managing team member
• Demonstrates ability to perform responsibilities of Director
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree of architecture or interior design
• Advanced knowledge of furnishings and finishes if applicable
• Demonstrates leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team member
• Advanced knowledge of space planning if applicable
