Drive automation of financial processes and build reports using Tableau or Power BI.
Ensure coherence with controlling standards, policies, and procedures.
Manage month-end activities, including data compilation and general ledger review.
Monitor financial performance and prepare performance reporting and forecasts.
Partner with distribution center management to enhance business improvements and customer satisfaction.
Oversee day-to-day financial analysis and operational budget reviews.

6+ years of professional experience, including 3 years in Business Unit Controlling.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Proficiency in SAP FICO and advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with reporting tools such as EPM+ and ESPRI, along with complete awareness of balance sheet movement, asset management, FCF tracking, and NCE and liquidity monitoring.
Strong cost accounting experience with labor and overhead rate calculations.
Controlling experience with a performance controlling background.
