We’re seeking a Project Manager I to support construction-focused automation projects for hyperscale data centers. Working onsite in New Albany, OH, you’ll coordinate field activities, subcontractors, schedules, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Assist with commissioning coordination and readiness activities
Coordinate daily subcontractor and trade partner activities
Track progress, forecast schedule and cost impacts, and support reporting
Promote and enforce Thermo and site safety standards
Serve as an onsite point of contact for general contractors and trade partners
Support creation and administration of change orders
Drive Financial Strength: Execute efficiently, reduce risk, and continuously improve.
Support junior staff, field personnel, and vendor coordination
Drive Customer Success: Take ownership of safety outcomes, communicate proactively, and exceed expectations.
Ensure documentation is accurate and aligned with Thermo’s Quality Management System (QMS)
Build strong, trust-based working relationships across teams
Ensure site work aligns with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Support scheduling, material planning, and field installation progress

3+ years experience supporting construction or control-system project delivery (field experience strongly preferred)

Understands how mechanical and electrical decisions impact safety and system operation (training/support provided)
Demonstrated success managing or coordinating construction-site activities

Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Ability to work independently and make decisions with remote support
3+ years project or construction project coordination/management experience
Communicate professionally, proactively, and with follow-through

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or equivalent experience
